Your piece must have been in the "early packing" phase when some collectors also reported that. I bet they changed that once they heard about it because my head/neck area was wrapped very well. What number was yours? Mine was 498.

Well I guess my theory was wrong...unless they switched up the process in between 448 and 498 (which seems unlikely).

I wonder if it came down to what individual was packing it. Like some were packed one way and others another from two people packing them two different ways. 🤷 It?s a major bummer. Also I discovered today the base was damaged too. The letters on ?THE? in The Batman were broken off.

Thankfully mine arrived okay, but the shipping box was pulverized. It had definitely been dropped from multiple angles. A miracle the statue was fine.

I only had one minor problem - which is by design - the magnets on a couple of the belt items were a bit weak but I had some spare tiny ones I attached to them. So not a biggy, but at the price point, a little disappointing.

I had the same issue.. a couple problematic belt attachments I glued.
I used velcro for the gun.
I've gotten over my initial disappointment and do really like it.

It does look cool, but these JND items seem to have a lot of QC issues. A guy I know used to do repair work for Spec Fiction said he would get so many JND pieces to fix that his garage was full of just JND.

I think the percentage of what has been delivered would be more indicative of how many there are with QC issues.

I simply had a couple of weak magnets. This is my first JND, and although that's not putting their best foot forward, it's far from bad and hasn't turned me off their product. I'm more pissed about the shipper.

I also have 3 other friends with multiple JND's and none of them have had issues. Those pieces are made up of: Nolan Batman, Nolan Joker, Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman Premium, and Arthur Fleck.
