But I think only two people should be able to weild Mjolnir:

1) Thor
2) Odin

I don't see a reason for anybody else to be worthy.

and, oh yeah, except for Ellison. She's worthy.

You really gotta do more reading.

1.) It was Odin who had the hammer made for Thor and gave it all its amazing powers. Thor had to prove himself worthy enough to weld it and after he had done so his father gave him the hammer.

2.) Of course The Frog of Thunder can lift Mjolnir because the fog is Thor. The spell that Loki casted on Thor did not change the fact that Thor was still Thor no matter what form he was in.

3.) Hulk can't lift Mjolnir on his best day. He's not worthy.

4.) Who in the world is Ellison?

5.) Even Loki's magic can't overcomes Odin's enchantment. Sorry Loki.

6.) Why would Odin need Thor's permission to lift the hammer he made for his son? Odin powers the hammer in the first place.
