I'll take Superman against Warlock without the Soulgem, but with the Soulgem I'd take Warlock.
Straight fight though I can't see Warlock doing any real damage to the boy in blue.

Galactus, Darkseid & Superman are all the same character. They're only here to serve as whipping posts for other characters. Maybe one day Marvel/DC will wake the hell up and make all three live up to their true potential. I for one was sickened by the way that The Big G had been represented in comics. The same goes for Sup's and Darkseid, but IMO it's worse seing Galactus used as a punching bag. Back in the day everyone feared him with the exception of a handful of characters. With the exception of LT, Eternity, Beyonder and Death everyone else should've been fair for Galactus. Ego, Beyonder, Dormammu, Agamatto and a select few others would IMO be the only characters that should rival him. I know I'll catch crap for the next statement, but IMO the Big G was up until recently above the Celestials.
Damn you Marvel for destroying a great character!!!
