Not sure with this one. I thought apocalype had some sort of self manipulation where he could change the molecular structure of his body. Does anyone know if he could therefore change apart of his body into kryptonite.

I am no expert on Apocalypse, but I don't believe he can change into various elements. Even if he can, he first have to be aware that kryptonite exists.

Well with his genius level intelligence I'm sure he knows of kryptonite. Still the question of actually being able to change is still up in the air

If Batman can come up with a plan to beat Supes, so can Apocalypse. This guy plans things centuries in advance. He also has access to Celestial technology in addition to a crazy number of superhuman abilities (self-manipulation, teleportation, healing factor, psionic powers, energy manipulation, phasing ability, just to name a few.)
I'm taking Apocalypse on this one. Heck, his minion (Harbinger) took on the Avengers & Cable, and Apocalypse is far more powerful than him.
