i know about and dont want

also has there been any mention of a luke or darth maul mini bust with lightsabers

Quinlan Vos would be great too.
Also he was in episode 1 if only momentarily placed in the background, and mentioned.

mace is screaming. Obi wan is gritting his teeth. there is a Classic bust of obi-wan though that is better
any reason why you don't want AOTC Yoda? IMO, it's one of the best busts out there. Looking at the list of one you don't want, I'd say it has to do with price.
but if you want original vader, a cheaper way of getting it is getting the bronze vader
