I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Very true. It's the end of an era.

Looks like Xavier may play the Hawkeye role. (Old Man Logan) He appears blind in the left eye as well.

Not sure how I'd feel about that... Depends on how they execute it.

Via The Wrap...

The girl in the poster is a young mutant, an insider with knowledge of the production told TheWrap. In 2024, mutant births are severely in decline, and people aren’t sure why. “Logan’s” plot follows a government-type operation called “Transigen” that is turning mutant children into killing machines. Jackman ends up mentoring the girl, who has two claws instead of his three.

According to TheWrap’s insider, the young mutant girl is being played by Sienna Novikov and the character is named “Laura.” A two clawed mutant girl named Laura should ring a bell to fanboys because, multiple sources have confirmed the actress is in fact the mutant known as X-23.

Like Wolverine, X-23 has a regenerative healing factor, superhuman strength, senses, speed and reflexes. She also has retractable adamantium-coated bone claws in her hands and feet.

As much as I like Jackman as Wolverine, I hope the next actor to play him is short.

No, shorter. This way, anyone can do a fastball special with Wolverine

Seriously, Marvel has him at 5'3", so somewhere around that height. Bulky too.

It's funny, Hugh Jackman is the perfect Wolverine and played him so well. But I don't feel the movies themselves have done the actor justice. I like them, but they should have been legendary.

I always thought Jackie Earle Haley (Rorschach) would've made a decent Wolverine...

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Jackman as Wolverine and as you said, played him well. Loved it in the original Xmen movie (number 2) where he did Wolverine's signature leap with arms stretched, but with Jackman no longer playing him after this movie, I think it is the best time to be true to what a wolverine is, which in real life is a small animal, which is why comic book Wolverine is short...and hairy but I don't need to see hairy

When the studios were first looking for an actor to play Wolverine, a friend mentioned the lead singer of Danzig would have been perfect but he wasn't an actor and I remember seeing him in his Mother video and he had the sideburns going and he was bulky and supposedly short (probably not 5'3" short) and thought he had the look for Wolverine.

Jackie Earle Haley has the weathered look but I think they would need someone younger or else they would be looking for another actor sooner than later.
