I would also buy Ahsoka Tano from Star Wars Rebels plus a new version of Captain Rex from Clone Wars (with interchangeable Phase I & II helmets & pauldrons).

Asajj Ventress would be my only pick for a bishoujo. I'm not sure I'd feel right with characters played by on-screen actresses, especially Rey.

It would be ideal if they can produce Expanded Universe/Legends heroes & villains like before.
I've emailed requests so hopefully Koto will reissue these three prequel villains.
