Zombie Holocaust Survival Tip, number 1.
1. Make sure that whatever weapon you have is immediately at hand. Many people have died due to the fact that they put their only means of defense on the floor while using the restroom. If you find yourself in a situation where you've eaten something bad, and have to spend more time puking in the bathroom, put a mirror by the toilet, so you can see behind you.

In addition to the mirror thing, you also want to make sure you have a window to climb out of.

I would also encourage you to take a pi$$ on the street and not use the bathroom for something like this.
Only use a small cornered bathroom if you have to take a dump.

When it comes to Zombie Holocaust, you're definitely not safe in the open. Taking a piss in the street is just asking for a zombie to come up out of nowhere and bite you when your pants are down.
When was the last time you could run and piss at the same time?
Bathrooms with windows are a much better option as there's only one way in for the zombies, unless the window in question happens to be on the ground floor.
