I only two Bowen pieces to date but its literally a hit and miss

HIT: Cloak and Dagger bust.
The rendition is at par and colors are perfect to the dot. Has a good aesthetic value to it.

MISS: Storm white costume
Looks too commercial and lacks the real essence of the character.

HIT: FS Man-Thing
Great sculpt with amazing detail and awesome base.

MB Grey Gargoyle
Nice detail and perfect pose for this villain.

MISS: AIM MB
The sculpt is good but the scale is off imo. They look too big next to other MB's.

Hit- FS Daredevil both the red and the yellow. Old school, but really set the bar extremely high for what came after that point. Great paint jobs on both, phenomenal sculpts, and perfect poses.

Miss- FS Elektra-disappointing in isolation, but even more so in conjunction with the Daredevil. The face isn't horrible, but the smile is completely misplaced. The pose is static in all the worst ways, the character that exists in the comics is not reflected in the statue at all. It looks more like a bored supermodel holding sais, as opposed to a ninja trained assassin. Newman is a phenomenal sculptor but this was an early misstep, IMO.

Hit- MB Black Panther-Both versions were great, I prefer the first one (modern). Perfect base, with an awesome paint job.

Miss- MB Medusa-mediocre nondescript base, with a very lackluster sculpt on the hair. Thankfully the Full-Size was an amazingly perfect job by Mark Newman who just seems to get better and better.

Hit - Original Daredevil fantastic representation of one of my favourite characters.

Miss - Punisher (original appearance) it was very nicely sculpted but the scale is off and it looks strange within the Spidey Rogues display.

Hit - Smackdown Hulk / Abomination - two great tastes that taste great together!

Miss - 2007 Hulk MB - I love them, but I didn't think it was nesessary since the original bust was the best
Abomination MB - It just didn't scream Abomination the way the FS does - more like the creature from the black lagoon

Off the top of my head ...

Hits - Man-Thing FS, Dr. Strange FS, White Moon-Knight FS, Air-Walker MB, Terrax MB, Nova (Frankie) MB, Watcher MB, Morbius MB, Shaman MB, Snowbird MB, Hellcat MB, Tigra MB ... all captured the characters perfectly.

Misses -

Ms. Marvel (modern) FS - looks like she has no neck.

Spider-Woman FS - static pose and the proportions on the body are just off.

Power Man FS - incredible sculpt, lousy paint application

Medusa FS - again, an amazing sculpt ruined by a really bad paint application.

All the FF MB's - they just don't work for me, especially Sue who looks like a deer caught in headlights.

Dragon Man MB - looks unfinished, especially the wings.

Sasquatch MB - doesn't capture the character AT ALL, and is completely out of scale with the other Alphas.

Mandarin MB - forearms too long, fingers don't touch.

Attuma MB - looking down, the base looks like an aquarium decoration.
