HIT: Apocalypse FS - Underrated statue that captures the character's essence perfectly. One of the cooler and most appropriate bases produced too.

HIT: Sandman MB - Great sculpt. Amazing detail and IMO one of the best BD MBs produced. And I'm only a casual fan of this character.

MISS: Black Knight FS - Nice sculpt destroyed by being terribly out of scale. Looks silly displayed with other Avengers.

MISS: Hawkeye MB - Probably the worst MB from BD. Hes an archer yet he has no bow?!? Nuff said.

FS

- Hit: The Thing - Early Bowen piece that due to the uneven rock plating, bulkiness, classic pose and general feel of the character turned me on to BD and the other goodies that followed.

- Miss: The Green Goblin(s) - The first release I was happy just to have character representation. I wasn't impressed, but happy. Upon seeing the second release I was further disappointed because I was hoping for a more static and "museum-like" pose that would stand well with the other Spidey villains. Maybe the third time around?

MB

- Hit: (Too many to name - but) Red Skull - Simple, direct, cool iconic look and feel and the Cosmic Cube base sealed the deal.

- Miss: Thanos and Juggernaut - These two irritate me on a couple of scales. Thanos is far too puny, painted too hastily and the facial depiction never sold me. Juggernaut, is the bust that could have been. If arms would have been added and the overall piece thickened up slightly - this would have been tied with the Red Skull for automatic hit. The base is killer on this one. A shame some other properties didn't fulfill that promise.

Thanks.

For me most of Randy's stuff have been hits....
However, the misses that matter most to me are:

Vision (FS)
Black Bolt (FS)
Rhino (FS)
Nightcrawler (FS) - face & paint job should've been like the mb

Kraven (MB)
Hawkeye (MB)
