dont laugh... how do you paint a nipple with an airbrush

ok... someone, somewhere had to ask this... I am painting up a female kit and am doing a nude for the first time. I have a pretty good double action air brush and have set the pressure nice and low. I am still getting a bit a spatter and even when I dont they dont quite look right. how do you guys do this? its a larger scale so I dont think a paint brush will look right. I would like as many ideas as I can get. any good threads out here with female workups? I have all the model master DVD's but he does touch on nudes in this detail.

thanks everyone!

Cut a hole in a piece of paper and mask the area.

Take some flesh color paint and put it on your fingers and roll the nipple between them.

I'm sorry, I couldn't resit. Take some silly putty and put it over the chest and remove it from the nipple and then paint.

Use chalk pastels. Grind a little on sandpaper, use a dry brush and dab it on. Gently blow away the excess and seal.

I took an IQ test and the results were negative.

sometimes you just have to go retro....try using a single action airbrush

I did this with a paasce single action, fine tip and larger air tip. this results in a much larger amount of air and much less paint, which allows for a little more control in a simpler application such as painting a nipple.
