Well that makes sense when you put it that way. I kinda agree with you that once you find the iconic version of the character you don't need more. I unfortunately have broken that rule with WW, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy.

Mr. Freeze will be a ways down the road. Chad said the market is flooded with him now and he'd like his to stand out.

Smart. Some characters will always be flooded (Batman/Harley/Joker, etc.) but after that I think it is important to stand out. Fortunately Tweeterhead will have tons of characters to draw from so can plan out years ahead.
