Finally returned home from being on the road for work and got to unbox mine. This thing is beautiful and I am so happy with it. Highly recommend to anybody that was on the fence. Definitely an ex or fail statue in my opinion. However, due to the high es you should be able to get a deal on the second hand market. Placed him next to rebel terminator and they look great together.

Lucky. There is no way mine is going in without yanking out a piece of polystone and chipping. It was pretty poorly designed.

Are you talking abou the peg where the machine gun connects on his trap/shoulder?
You might be able to sand it down so it fits. The bat presses down and helps hold the peg and strap in place.
But you shouldnt have to do this.
I'd contact them, tell them you'll try to fix it yourself, and you want a credit if it works. If not you want a replacement and still want a credit as it's your second replacement
Mine arrived with a the gun holster broken. I simply didnt want to destroy it and wait forever for a replacement I was able to glue it and touch it up with paint. You cant even see it as the gun covers it. SS gave me a $60 credit.

its not easy to connect but not impossible. Just to be carefully and taking time. But I agree, that part of design could be better. Also they didnt showing this part in the assembling Sideshow video.
Hope you can fix it or get an acceptable credit.

I mean the Itty bitty hole where the machine gun slots into his back. The amount of pressure applied with the strap will make it rip a piece out of the state, for sure.
