Batman #38 statue

I was just watching the extras on the new Batman DVD set and producer Michael Uslan had a statue of Batman with Robin jumping through a paper circle ala the cover of Batman #38. Does anyone have this statue? Is it old - rare - expensive - any good?

I think I've seen this too, it's not that old I believe unless I'm mistaken, but it's a pretty kewl looking one. I'm trying to remember where I saw this...

I'm pretty sure it is. That's the one I saw. Now that I look at it, it looks like Bats has no neck.

I've got this and while I like it I hate the statues that need assembly, this one does...

That's the one I guess - and my bad, it's Detective #38. But there's something wierd in Batman's look, and it's not just the neck.
