$1000 for a 1/6 scale figure? Sounds about right. 
Or does the twin pack mean there are 2 figures? I guess that would make a little more sense.

I agree, but if this is sculpted twin pack then 560$ is a damn good deal

If that pic is the sculpted hair twin pack then I agree with you that the buyer is getting a lot here for that price. I stand corrected.
And I think the sculpted hair is more than good on this. I personally would not pay the extra $400 for the rooted hair on two 1/6 scale figures.
