I've never ordered from this company before, but I'm guessing if I want Raphael then I should order through BBTS and not deal with them directly...

I've never had issues from them, but have only had to refund a mistaken order. If you think you might cancel yeah I probably would order from somewhere else. If you rarely cancel orders like me you're prob ok.

I still don't think I've seen anyone lose out with PCS but time matters. Months for refunds, replacements, and cancels is beyond a reasonable expectation.

This with their other behavior indicates a lot of risk potential.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Or Sideshow. They offer some PCS statues. I'm going to assume these will be available through Sideshow.

They really should go back to distributing through Sideshow then once they have their customer service straight dip their foot back into limited numbers of direct orders.

Or Jerry could have downsized the company instead of selling it. Smart guy.

PCS needs to survive without Jerry, anyway. I like their licensing moves lately, but I trust the company even less now. Distributing through SSC/BBTS means they have to lay off their CS/Sales staff, but can we even tell the difference if they're there or not?

Sideshow has the Venger EX, by the way.

I haven't had replacement issues really. DRedd head took a while but they had to make new ones.

Sideshow having the exclusive is odd, why advertise it as a PCS EX and then sell it elsewhere.

Probably because they didn't get a lot of orders. TBH I don't see any of their new lines selling that well, even TMNT. A lot of people say they want it but they just don't sell enough even if people like the companies and the statues are well done :|
