A Few Questions For The Experts!

I picked up a damaged Bowen Museum Wolverine today & Im thinking of either trying to making modern version or maybe make a Daken version.

A few questions.
1. what would be the best materials (clay, resin) to use to remake the claws?
2. what is the best tool to use to cut off hands & the head so reposition them.

thanx

1) I would use Aves Epoxy Sculpt.

2) Dremel with a large Lasco blade.
