The Hulk would look pretty messed up, so probably him. Would they ever consider making Iron Man though? That wouldn't look too hot probably huh?
My knowledge of Marvel stuff is limited, so I really only know of the X-Men and the other major guys.

Phoenix, Iceman and Colossus don't seem like they'd look that cool in zombie bust form. Magneto, Beast, Storm, Gambit and Psylocke would look great though. And you gotta love that Cyclops.
Edit- And I just noticed the Professor. Gotta love decaying gimps.

I'd love that zombie cover for She-Hulk as the next FS. Bust I'd either like to see a zombie Hulk or Magneto, but if they do Magneto then they have to sculpt the little wasp sitting in his stomach cavity
