He looks sculpted to me, much like the female Terminator piece. I think Sideshow realizes a majority of people are sick of fabric outfits.

At least it's not Punisher sitting in a chair. I'll keep an eye on this, but I don't think Sideshow will include many switch-outs like Iron Studios.

Maybe not "fabric", but a faux leather.
They did it with OG Rogue's belt and jacket. Those were the only fabric pieces on her. I don't know of another statue like that because I don't buy male statues where belts with pouches are more prevalent.

Prefer fully sculpted, wouldn't mind if belt and pants were fabric but wouldn't buy if the shirt was fabric. I hate fabric shirts but like fabric jackets and coats.

Damn, can't even have a bat without being called Negan. I know the Walking Dead comic's different(haven't read it), but in the show he went from a great villain that was feared to a joke character later on imo. I like the baseball bat, it's like he's about to walk into a room to get someone to "talk".

Yeah I'm not a fan of the bat, the way the handle is wrapped and how used it looks gives the impression that he uses it a lot, a baseball bat is not something you'd expect Frank to take with him on missions along with rifles, grenades, etc.

I see it as he's beat the enemy down to the last man, and now approaches with a bat to intimidate and beat the guy for info.

Yeah this looks awesome! I don't know if I would buy this statue as my sole representation of the Punisher but definitely would get him as a complement to other Punishers such as the IS or XM ones. The IS and XM versions are more traditional versions of him which I would want first and if I had those, I'd definitely go for this one too.
