Frank doesn't sit around on his @ss, he gets s*** done! Instant fail for me if it looks like that art print. No way any "on throne" piece tops the IS.

Really doubt it will top the IS Punisher. I am interested in seeing the reveal though. Frank is my #3 behind Bats and Cap.

The print looks more like Negan wearing a Punisher shirt. Or Punisher doing his best Negan impression.
And ITA - I can't see this beating IS. That Punisher is amazing.
