Little Women (2019) - Jo March reflects back and forth on her life, telling the beloved story of the March sisters - four young women each determined to live life on their own terms.
Stellar adaptation of the classic novel. 9/10
I loved Florence Pugh in Midsommar and she's similarly great here so I'm really looking forward to her in Black Widow this spring.

Room - 10/10.
What a disturbing film. I can see why Brie Larson won the Oscar but, IMHO, Jason Tremblay should have won one, too. As Jack, the little boy, he was amazing.

It deserves every award nomination it gets. Perhaps its most incredible achievement was condensing an overnight journey into what looks like a single two-hour continuous shot. 10/10

"1917" - A stunning ride of a movie. Emotional, suspenseful, haunting, and beautiful. If you can see this on a big screen with quality sound I highly suggest do so.
10/10 - One of the best movies of 2019, the cinematography alone warrants a viewing.

1917 - 10/10
And that’s not even high enough. Similar to what was said by Paris Dean, this movie deserves all the awards it’s nominated for. One of the best movies I’ve ever seen.

Ford v Ferrari (2019) - American car designer Carroll Shelby and driver Ken Miles battle corporate interference, the laws of physics and their own personal demons to build a revolutionary race car for Ford and challenge Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1966.
Well-made racing film that checks all the boxes for becoming a blockbuster. 8/10
