My Brother unboxed this peice last night and we are both absolutely shattered to find a seemingly unending string of quality control issues.
We stopped unboxing when we worked out the body wasn’t fitting in the base not because it’s hard to fit but because the peg on the back foot is way off where it should be.
Now taking time to inspect the rest of the peice:
Black paint dot on the nose of one portrait
Odd splotches on both tail pieces but one tail in particular is quite bad
Scratches on one of the arm gauntlets
Paint defect on the post of the lamp
I say unending but that seems to be all so far. Just seems like a lot given have 7 XM pieces now and all have been flawless. Most devistating is this guy is incredible. The detail is insane as is the colour. 1st world problems I know but the disappointment we both feel is huge!
Did XM ever replace your tails or give you an idea if and when they would? I have the same blemishes and am being told they are making new tails.
