In theory it should go through as it's only a prop, but we all know how much customs are a law unto themselves. Personally I wouldn't risk it, if they decide to destroy it you'll be around £1k out of pocket.
Might be worth emailing collectibles direct to see if they'll be stocking it.

Spoke to HCG about shipping this to UK. Shipping quote is $195 but it's anyone's guess if it will get through UK customs. I bought a Tomenosuke Blaster from HCG and that was in custom clearing for a couple of weeks before I got it. Safer bet would be Collectable Direct. Spoke to Lee and he said that it would go up later today

Surprised by the high price. I want this but I'll have to watch and see. I think or thought it would have a wall mount like in the movie. I thought I saw someone make it like that.

I checked with my country's customs and I will have to apply for a gun license to import it, even if it's just a replica with no moving or functional parts.
This will cost me an additional $ 150 but it's definitely worth it. I waited for the M56 since HCG revealed it for the first time at SDCCin 2014

It doesn't even look like a gun.

Well every country has its own laws. When it comes to guns over here in Europe almost every country has very strict laws, even if the "gun" is only made of plastic or just a prop.
