Cement... really?! How does someone not have problems with injecting cement into someone else?

This world's full of sick f#cking people... sad that we're reminded of that on a daily basis.

I wonder how a story like this would be received 40 years ago? Nowadays, sadly, it's just.. standard procedure for the news.
