This Superman looks a lot better than the Lee Batman. I think I wasn't sold on the Batman because of the lack of a Batarang. And I really wanted the Lee Batman cover image. I thought the DC Direct version lacked the energy of the cover. And the cape certainly was missing the cover's flow. But this Superman. Almost definitely getting.

some yes, some no...although even if they don't have an ES they usually stop production on them early on. Some of the pieces without an ES fetch some crazy prices in the aftermarket now. Better to buy early than pay 2 or 3x the MSRP later
