That's an understatement...of epic proportions. People don't know just how much everything is coming with Optimus Prime...dare I say it includes the kitchen sink.

I am not exaggerating! I wish they came out with the complete statue before price reveal...lol. Would make it easier to understand. Not to mention this is a very costly piece to manufacture. For a collector TF fan like myself....I'm just glad that 2 smaller TF's are coming out in between Megatron!

Think of a feature that some want to come on select statues....and then think XM Medusa....and then think Hulkbuster size or bigger....then think Batman Samurai. For the discerning, this MAY help alleviate anxiety towards the cost...although lord knows...I damn near choked on my drink when I saw the price increase.

I always said I'd never spend more than $1500 on a statue... trust Transformers to be the line that's going to break that barrier.. by quite a lot.
