Really? Im looking at the pics and it just has another torso with no lower half of the body.

I believe he has additional legs and comes with two bases.
The environmental and plain black.

This is the stock photo on the website I think its just the lower feet you can switchout. You can switch from the rope feet or bare feet. I think its still one statue though.

Iirc Ultimate Guile is actually two and a half statues right? I think you get a full green, a full blue, plus the extra sonic boom torso!
And all the head sculpts. Regular, glasses, grimacing, SF2.
Plus the crates and radio, dog tags...
All kinds of stuff. Pretty amazing package.

Akuma comes with two sets of legs for the ability to display two different Akumas. One on each base.
I was one of the folks who pushed for that sh!t like a bulldozer lol.

Oh wow, I see. I went back to the forums and seen they added second pair of legs for the Ultimate after it sold out. That's awesome to hear.
I seen also something where PCS said if you buy both Akuma Ultimate and Shin Ultimate they reward you with something?

That hasn't been revealed yet, I believe.
On occasion, PCS add to packages after listening to fan feedback, or just to reward those who pre-order. The Akuma thing you mention, extra Udon head for Ryu revisit, and another head for Sagat 1:3, IIRC. It can be confusing for new customers as they usually don't update the materials to show the additions.

I believe it was matching numbers if you ordered both Akuma and Shin Akuma. Besides being able to pre order Sagat early.
