what is the obsession with majin vegeta? why cant anyone do a normal version? i guess prime1 is doing a normal version but it seems like every other statue is a majin

I’m thinking of POing too. Hard to beat the price considering it’s a 1/4 scale piece. The company seems to have a good reputation too.

I’m on the fence because I’m also considering the new KD Collectibles Majin Vegeta and Goku. It’ll be a lot more to get those two pieces but so far the prototype of Vegeta looks great and renders of Goku are promising.

It was the highlight of all of DBZ for me. A fight with history between the characters and not just "bad guy wants to rule/destroy everything".

Also, some the animation is still amazing to this day.



I remember Tsume made one of Majin Vegeta's sacrifice and that is the one piece that made me want to get a DBZ statue more than any other made thus far.

It's a fairly popular storyline and there are a lot of Vegeta fans that like how he was depicted then.

I’m with ya, I don’t get the majin love. Vegeta at his absolute weakest and most pathetic IMO. Gave up his soul to a fly man to still get his butt kicked.

For me Vegeta is the only supporting character that remains relevant at the altar of Goku.

Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, Piccolo, Gohan, Trunks, etc. all eventually fell by the wayside with the power creep each saga.

and that's why the show got worse as it went on and why Super is almost unwatchable for me. endless stupid saiyan transformations while the rest of the cast is crapped on and made into jokes.
