I still have HD DVD's and a player. LOL

I thought for sure with HD DVD's being able to "downscale" and also work in DVD players they would have come out on top. It was nice to be able to take a movie to a friends house to watch and it still worked on their regular DVD player.

Yep, plus HD DVD had most of the movies I liked. I remember having Batman Begins on HD and then going all in on blu-ray when they announced it would be on blu-ray along with TDK.
