I know many of you are planning your budget accordingly, so I just wanted you all to know that I got an email from Upper Deck and they project a March 2006 release for the Alex Ross Spiderwoman/Spider-man giclee and litho. Same pricing structure as the Avengers, except they won't be doing the "unsigned" lithos on this one...only signed.
I was sent 5 pages of sketches and preliminary drawings, and they look VERY good! One of them was fully finished pencils, but I hope that isn't the final image as there were 2 or 3 others (rough sketches) that appeared far superior.
As soon as they "allow me" to post some of these, I will. I was sworn to secrecy by the cool people at Upper Deck and they shared the "goods".
March 2006, folks! Save your pennies...$599 for the framed canvas...
