Well, to answer the "Ugh" and the "What", Ghost Face Killa is a rapper, and I don't know, but my guess is that he likes comics and particularly Iron Man. Why that elicits a negative response from fellow comic book fans is beyond me.

Its a silkscreen concert poster, I guess the Ghost Face album is titled Iron Man, hence the image. I dig the the metal-like font, not sure about the bones. Don't love it myself, but thought it was an interesting curiosity.
