Firefly is the one that comes to mind for shows that only ran one season.

If we can include shows that ran for slightly more than one season, I would include Life and Jericho.

Firefly FTW.

I can't really think of any others. I think in most cases when they're canceled after a season I'm usually in agreement with the decision.

Only one that hits me hard is Journeyman.

I was so invested in that show, and it got cancelled on such a cliffhanger that wasn't resolved.

I would have loved to have seen some more of Almost Human.

Life was a fantastic series! I almost put it down on my list also except for it having had a second season.

Jericho had an interesting first season, but I hated the second.

Happy Town is an American drama television series that premiered on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, and ended on June 16, 2010, on ABC.[2] It was created by Josh Appelbaum, Andre Nemec, and Scott Rosenberg. It had a total of eight episodes, but only six would be broadcast on ABC. The remaining two, "Dallas Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore" and the series finale, "Blame It on Rio Bravo", were available for viewing only at the network's website. The show has since been removed from the site.

I never even saw the last 2 episodes. Lost all interest when I learned it was canceled.
