I called them Tuesday but I didn't hear back from Spencer, so I gave them a call again today. I got their answering machine although I called during customer service opening hours. I left a message and if I haven’t heard back from them over the weekend I am going to give my CC company a call to get my extra paid shipping costs back.

Dang!!! That didn't even occur to me.

There might be some very unhappy people if that's the case.

Oddly, I did get a phone call from a polite Chinese lady who wasn't easy to understand from *undecipherable* company asking if I received all three boxes I was expecting? I told her I wasn't expecting anything, but yes, I got them. Lucky my phone number hadn't changed in the two years since ordering either.

That post is from 2 days ago...Friday is a regular working day in the US I assume

In the meantime I also responded to an ARH post on FB...but no response on all of my efforts so far. I am glad that two of my three orders are with dealers, so they can handle this s....t for me if need be.
