Well, it looks better than the original sneak, but...
Where's a blaster when you actually need one??

GG never could seem to get the Human likeness right on their mini-busts (although I have all the original trilogy mini-busts).

Not feeling this one. The face is a little weird, and the arms crossed pose really doesn't gel with the medal.

This is one face that would actually look better with the patented Sideshow googly-eyes.

I wouldn't mind the pose if you could remove the medal and he had his blaster in the holster. It does look alot better than the digital preview.

Can you not remove the medal? It looks like a separate piece in that image.

Looks like it just sits over his neck to me, not sure removing it would improve too much mind.

That's...awful. On every level. Just plain goofy.
I think the pose came first, then they decided to add the medal - because no competent artist in their right mind would suggest crossed arms under the medal. To pull that pose (i.e. to get one's arms up under the medal) makes no sense whatsoever.
Paint job looks poor, too. Look at the poor applications around the hand on the sleeve. Ewww.
