SS just informed me that it will about 2-3 weeks to process refunds. That's what they told me 2-3 weeks ago and 2-3 weeks before that.

I actually learned something about this.

Account credits DO NOT SHOW ANYWHERE on your account online. They aren't like reward points or coupons.

That's right, it's an internal thing and you have to call them up or contact them about it.

Now this still doesn't mean Sideshow has issued any credits for PCS refunds but that is the only way to find out about it.

The plan is likely to wait until a couple of new deliveries like Mileena and then hope the revenue from those that haven't paid in full already can be used to pay Sideshow to issue refunds.

So we're basically waiting on sales of PCS products... meanwhile as everyone cancels PCS products...

I requested SSC to add credits to my account since I have so much on order ATM with them. They agreed... I reached out about 2 weeks ago requesting a total and I was told they are not giving SSC credit but my Credit Card on file will be credited... /scratchhead

I said I was fine with SSC credit and the response was this is the way they are handling it now...

So, I'm waiting for refund/credits from SSC and +$2k from PCS. Months now...

With the Hurricane coming see what happens with PCS.......

Wasn't someone else posting how no way big companies don't do thorough due diligence before getting involved in business ties like this (I know this isn't an M&A scenario, but appears to be damn close)?
