I disagree. The 90s version works for its sleekness and simplicity. It respects the original comic book look.

You're correct. My decades blurred together there... too much booze maybe? Anyway I just realized the guy who played Flash back in the 90's plays Jay Garrick in the new Flash. I recognized him from Dawson's Creek and am a bit ashamed to admit I never missed a Dawson's Creek episode back in the day.

Just got around to watching the newest episode with the new suit debut. Looks much better on the show than in the picture of the first post.

Looks like a Walmart Halloween costume to me. Okay, maybe more like it came from a costume store, but I think this looks much worse than any of the previous Flash costume from this series. And, I agree that the 90's Flash costume was better.

That's right. I couldn't find any pictures from the episode. So had to go with that leaked one.
