Yen in her alternate costume would be a looker. They could do Geralt in different armor as well. I also don't personally want / need any new characters, as neat as Vesemir and Cerys would be.

Cerys would be amazing, as would any of the sorceresses. I don't think any of these characters would sell at such a large scale though. Hopefully Dark Horse continues their line.
It's also unfortunate we'll never get anything from W2, I would kill for a Iorveth statue.

I really, really wish they would have done her alternate outfit.
I also wish they'd just adjust her eyes. It's literally all they need to do to nail her face sculpt.
As far as more, I hope they do, but I have a feeling they won't. I hope I'm wrong. I'd love a Zoltan, Regis and Dandelion. Anyone who's been a core character since the books would be right up my alley.

There's a digital comic, 'Matters of Conscience', that was released with one of the DLCs which tells Saskia's story after she returns to Vergen. Spoiler alert: not a happy ending.
It does not, however, explain the absence of that glorious asshole Iorveth, who they actually created content for before scrapping it.
