The best comment I have read so far was that this game was won in the trenches. Hard fought and hard won. I am already reading some comments from Oregon players that they are saying their own mistakes cost them the game as opposed to playing a team that was just plain better than them.

Of course the other players are going to say that but that is just sour grapes. Sure, they had a couple drops but we had many more mistakes than they did. We probably drop 60 on them if we hold onto the football. We dominated both lines of scrimmage – the game wasn’t even as close as the 22 point blowout it was.

Have you ever imagined a world with no hypothetical situations?

Exactly. If you told me before the game the turnover margin would be 4-0 (the mariota INT to end the game doesn't count) I would have said we would lose by 21. I have never seen a game (NFL or College) where a team has that poor of a turnover margin and still wins by 22. Would have won by 40+ if not for dumb turnovers that Oregon didn't even cause except for one.
