Counterfeit Tank Top Fathom
Hi Everyone, We have been made aware that counterfeit "tank top" Fathom Statues are popping up on eBay. We are pursuing each listing as it comes up now, and encourage anyone who is considering buying this item off eBay to contact us to confirm if the item posted is legit. I do not want to advertise here specifically how we know it is being counterfeited. NOTE: Please email us at service@csmoorestudio.com, not by PM, so we can get back to you as quickly as possible. Thanks, Shelley

Situations like this makes me very weary of buying statues from eBay. Thanks, Shelley, for the notice!

Yah, I knew there was something fishy when I noticed some of them have crappy foam used. I also believe there are fake Witchblade II.

I recently picked one of these up from eBay so have emailed in to see if they can confirm whether it is genuine or not. I'll let you know how it goes...

I hope that the bikini version has not been re-casted, got one recently.
My tank top I got two years ago, so I just don't know if its a recast or not.

The tank-top version is the only one I'm still trying to get. Now knowing this, that job just got a whole lot tougher.
Like some of you others, I saw those auctions, but it just didn't feel right and now I think it's clear why.
Shelley, thank you for looking out for us.

I hate re-casters/counterfeitters(sp?).
I'm sorry to see that they are now doing this to Clay's wonderful work.
If I see any, I will definately report them.
Thanks for letting us know Shelley

Wow this really sux, these guys really know how to ruin a hobby.
My Advise buy Direct or from someone you know and trust, forget Ebay alltogether...because most times if it's a great deal on Ebay, you may have gotten the hose.
Thanks for the info Shelley!!!!
