Kept my money ($450.95) since Dec 2007 and never did refund me, as of this time....

Scammed me out of $172 for a SSC Aliens Diorama.

Paypal claim is currently underway (surprise surprise - they haven't responded yet).

I'd like to drive all the way out to their shop and burn it down (with them in it).

bought from then twice. no problems at all. i never preorder from anyone though so that might have a bit to do with it

I stay away from pre orders after being pick-pocketed by Baystate comics.

I even avoid those too good to be true pre-orders.

I did the same thing, but actually won something before I read about them. I was prepared to have my first negative feedback filed, but they never gave me one.
