Display idea for you toy fanatics (Mini-Mates, Superhero Squad...)

I saw these in a catalogue yesterday, and my mind went to the growing army of toy collectors here at StatueForum. The catalogue showed these things used for designer Qwee figures, but I thought they'd work equally well for mini comic figs. They are effectively photo frames with clear stretchy material both sides that hold whatever you put in. They also stack, like Lego bricks, and come in three colours that I have seen. They are called Cubisto frames.

Not much use for resin, though...

Why thankyew.

In the catalogue picture I saw, the toys looked better in there than you might expect.

Where's the pic from? An iPod, mobile phone and Mr Funny make for a rather odd display.

The pic is the best one I found in a lazy search for Cubisto frames.

Fair enough. The photo does look a bit like something they would come up with on Changing Rooms.....

What higher praise can there be?

To accompany my great picture of a bonkers use, here is a terrible picture of actual toy display:

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
