Cancelling a payment plan

I recently lost my job and a lot of personal issues :/ i cannot afford the rest of of my payments i have 6 months left + the massive shipping costs. If i cancel do i lose the money i’ve paid this far if i don’t want instore credit?

I know there was a non refundable deposit but i’ve made 10months of payment for the 1:5 T -rex. If anyone can help i’d greaty appreciate it.

You should be able to get your money back minus the NRD.

You can also try and sell the item, so you don’t lose the deposit. They have allowed me to transfer ownership to another individual. What is the item in question?

t-rex 1:5... I really want it but can't afford it right now but maybe in the near future due to me losing my job.
i got my refund and they transferred my NRD of 300$ to credit at the website.....so all good. Must say their service is excellent with great communication.

Did you email them? Im in need of a cancellation aswell but haven't had an email back. Dont fancy calling from U.K
