Im sorry but i dont see that much difference. the lighting is different too. But, this is judging by pictures. I havent seen it in person.

i was looking on facebook for more pics and...wallaaaa found this. theres a loooot of green guys. remember they used the puppet not the cg model for reference. i love this debates, specially in christmas day that theres not much to do.

Maybe it's not so much the amount of green, as the lightness of all the colors in general that just makes the green stick out more than it should. Trust me, it doesn't look right in hand.

I gave one to a friend for Christmas, personally I think as complicated as the paint job was, it's darn close.

It looks as good as can be expected from China, although there is a spot or two where the painters took vacations instead of taking 2 seconds to look at the prototype...most stunningly is the lower gum area. How do you not paint that "gum" instead of dark? And it happened more than once.

Again people expect too much but hey, it's their money and if they want $2000 or more of work and detail for sub $1k prices then that's their right. They'll never get that but it's their right.

I give you the gum area, but the paint overall, I like it. its clean and simple. it not perfect but very close to the puppet.
