This is what I meant, greenish black stuff on the cheek and lower jaw
took me a while to get it all removed, mine was dirty as hell!




Btw I was right about the silicone not being enough and popping out the damn suite, mine pops out the neck area and chest I have to pop it in...uhm wouldnt it be better and logical to add a bit more silicone so it doesnt pop out at all....(common sense doesn't exist anymore I guess)

and mine has some kind of small mark on the chest like someone dug his nail into it, it won't go away, anyone else have that?

How did you get it off?

I Haven't had any issues with mine popping out. A pic of mine, out-of-the-box is below.

The mark was on the left side of the upper chest area
See images, it's pretty noticable from the side like it was damaged and just continued covering it with makeup


also the black/green stuff on the cheek was also on the lower jaw and most of it on the back of the neck
I had to so use alot of tissues to get rid of it, wet wipes didnt work at all only dry tissues.
Just zoom in on the cheek....I am still confused how the hell it was shipped like this, or did it happen during transport...but that would be impossible since the face was wrapped with plastic.
It is still at my sister's place but I will drop by this saturday to clean it some more cause there is still some random white particles on her face (I assume its foam), it's static and so miniscule it wont come off but they do move around.
Still some traces of the black/green stuff on the neck I need to clean as well, and I hope I manage to get it all removed
