Yeah, I just paid....cause what else am I supposed to do? Received the acknowledgment a few minutes later.
Won't lie. Not happy about this one, and it's a bad look for TH. I am fairly careful about reading all the fine print and I do not recall seeing anything that mentioned a shipping charge being added later. Ordered day one, April 7, 2021. Looked at my invoice and it doesn't mention a shipping charge either. Paid no shipping on Hordak.
I can now understand why they handed over everything to Sideshow.

Pretty sure if there was free shipping, that would have been something they would have talked up, but if no one can prove it or find it, then it likely didn't exist.

Well, IMHO TH should've put that in writing in their invoices when you check out and after the purchase.
"Flat Rate" is an ambiguous term, and for those of us who used to the free shipping experience from them before and don't check the forums and the social media regularly got a little surprise!... $25 isn't a big deal per se, but an earlier email would've explained things a little better before sending the invoice after its due date!?
