Its a DST piece and I believe its based off of Ramos' art and it was released last year...

Nah its based off of Issue #1 of Dare Devil and Joe Q did the artwork.

And for some reason it's not on the Diamond website but the new Frank Miller Daredevil is. The new Miller Daredevil lists for $150 and I saw an auction end at $16.50. I'll bet that seller is PO'd.

I've got that piece at home. It's real nice and yes it's part of the Marvel Milestone collection which is Diamond. I could take some pics next to any statue I have if you want.
