Jokes aside, I think this is about as realistic as he could possibly look in polystone. And he looks fantastic.

The only way I can imagine it could've possibly looked more lifelike would've been going the Blitzway route with the PVC head blended into a polystone body. Apparently you get better facial likeness from that material, probably due to paint application.

For instance, their M. Monroe or Rocky II. Really amazing.

But imho it's really not necessary. This Arnold looks exactly as he should!

What about translucent resin ? I have the Rosenberg bust and the skin is very life like.

Pretty sure you're right in that translucent resin is the best option for lifelike details.

Prime 1 also uses this in their pieces.

Yes of course PVC and/or translucent resin does have an even more realistic look, but with it comes at least a 50% increase in price.

We are doing our best to keep this under $1000usd

Why?

Collectors would've paid more for translucent resin. I sure as hell did for my ECC Hulk and it was completely worth it.
