They did a video on Facebook where they discussed the statue.
Big thing are new eyes they are very proud of and spent lot of time on.
The skin needed some time to get proper feel of subsurface scattering to feel more natural and uniform.
Also, the cherry blossoms are made of a flexible material to avoid breaking and cracking as they will flex.
Great time to be a Mai fan.
