I rather have Hades alone holding Cerberus by chains. And Persephone on a stand alone statue later on.

Thank you! Her name was escaping me. She is a large part of the Hades' story. Perhaps have two versions. One with and one without.

Maybe if it had a girl with removable clothes... that always beefs a statue up for me.

The concept art certainly has a bare-breasted woman.

Lets hope they keep the critical piece in.

My guess is that they will sell a version that is just Hades on his throne and another version with Hades, his dog and the girl. That would follow along with the other pieces.

but...

When the Narama/Arkhalla 4 stuff was being done, Arahom mentioned about a concept for a larger display stand that would make the two statues more of a "scene".

It would be cool if the Hades statue was a three part thing where you could get Hades, the dog and the girl separately but it could all be displayed together. As I mentioned in another post, I wish they would have done that with Poseidon.

If you chalk all the above up to BS and think I just want to pick the girl up and maybe the dog without wasting money on Hades, you would be correct.

Unfortunately, as much as I appreciate Arahom's efforts and his company, the truth is he is yet to have sculpted a statue that I think measures up to other artists that work for companies such as SS, Gentle Giant, Prime 1, etc...This Hades statue needed to be sculpted by an Ehren, Caleb, etc, for it to be appealing enough that it looks above garage kit level. I am sure in due time Arahom will get there, but as it stands now, IMHO, at least based on his last Hercules, the 50 different Arhians and Arkhallas, etc, he still needs to hire more prolific artists to pull off something like Hades.

I think it's way too early to discount this statue yet.
