I think that credit has to be given where credit is due. People complained loud for prints as Exclusives, and people asked for a long time to have high quality prints sold separately. So this is it.
I still think that given the price point of the statues, a SMALL art print should be included with EVERY statue, like Sideshow did with the Mythos line. Now that was a good packaging and it felt it gave more value to the money imho.
But still, I can't believe that there's negativity towards this new initiative about art prints. I'm amazed at how many people just hoard on these collectibles and stack them on shelves randomly with little to no value for the display itself. Prints really are a mean to give an extra edge to the final display, imho. Hell if I had the space, I'd display even the color boxes.

Do any of the older pieces with prints as the EX sell for far more than the reg version?

Anyhow, these are the prints I'm looking forward to most from SideShow.

Vampirella, Power Girl and Batgirl.

I understand it's a hobby, it's a collectible, it's nice to have something very special that very few people would have, and thus making one who has it very proud and happy with it.

However, I might be in the minority, but I would like to say that being a collector, personally, it's also about the joy of collecting, the passion for the characters, the joy of sharing. So, when any collectible , be it a statue or print becomes too limited by edition size & price, then it is no longer a joy for me.

It never diminishes my joy when for example the edition size of the Star Wars metallic ink print from Hero Complex Gallery is only closed & decided after all the orders are recorded and taken.

It never diminishes my joy when more people have the same thing as I do. I feel happy for them too.

Just my opinion. Thanks.
Great choices. PG and Vampi would be my top two. It really depends on their price and size. At some point you're looking at money that could go towards a statue instead. It's a good option to have though.

We're just over an hour away from a flood of complaints regarding pricing. I can't wait

will there be exclusive and regular versions I wonder?

and which ivy are they doing as a print the original pale skin or green with envy, i'd prefer the former

if these are Giclée prints they could be rather expensive

It has been a long time since having those anxious feelings just before the start of a pre-order session. Ah, the fond memories of the PPO days.
